Post Implementation

Within the implementation project for a new treasury or risk management system or process, the final step is to ‘go live’. We offer support during and after this step.

After completion we assist our clients in the following areas:

  • Roll-out of the implemented functionality to other entities or business lines, using a template approach (called cookbook);
  • Continuous improvement on the processes and system, as sometimes not all functionalities can be implemented in one go, or new requirements arise;
  • Functional application support, consisting of:
    • analyzing and solving issues;
    • maintenance on the configuration and documentation;
    • implementation of new modules and
    • the execution of training on the system;
  • A post go-live review: after six months of using the new processes and system, a review determines the quality of the project result and gives recommendations on how to move forward;
  • Upgrades to the system: we help our clients to perform the functional upgrade and testing of the system.
  • Possible roles that we offer are:
    • project management of the upgrade;
    • tester of the functionality;
    • test manager or solver of issues that occur after the upgrade in the configuration of the system;
