Manager: Treasury Technology (NL)

Our Dutch office has established itself as a recognized specialist in treasury management. We are therefore hiring for an experienced senior manager who has the ambition not only to further grow in corporate treasury and technology solutions but also contribute to the development and recognition of Zanders in Europe.

Your role

• Advising clients surrounding their treasury technology solutions. This could include a vendor selection and implementation or re-defining current technology practises
• Managing large scale treasury technology projects. Taking a leading role in decision making and coaching of junior team members
• Pro-actively researching market/product developments. Actively seeking-out treasury technology advancements
• Participating and hosting internal and external knowledge delegation sessions, such as treasury boot camp, guest lecture events and internal talent trainings
• Identify new business/project opportunities both locally and internationally. Playing a part in commercial activities such as presentations, RFP’s, events and networking

Skills to be successful

• Minimum 5 years engagement in Corporate Treasury or Treasury Consulting
• Knowledge in Treasury Management, Treasury Management Systems, In-House Banking, Payment Factories, Bank Connectivity
• Working knowledge of Treasury systems such as SAP, IT2 and other related tools such as SWIFT
• Relevant professional qualifications including a completed Masters
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
