After obtaining a Master’s degree in Private Law and Information Law at the University of Amsterdam (UvA), I started as a Recruitment Consultant at USG People and discovered the world of consultancy a few years later as a corporate Recruiter at EY. Since 2017 I have been responsible for talent acquisition at Zanders.
My mother was a teacher in primary education for many years and my father started as a teacher after graduating in Mathematics, and he has been a member of the executive board in secondary education for many years now. What I’ve learned from them? How important it is to connect with the people around you, to support them to achieve the best of their ability and to maximize their talent development. I am committed to this at Zanders, so that we can achieve the best results together.
To achieve our ambitious goals, we need to connect the right talent to Zanders. We are focused on the entire candidate journey. In addition to recruitment, our priority is also employer branding and talent management. We create high performing teams with the best specialists in treasury, risk and finance.
I enjoy working together with colleagues who like to challenge themselves to reach for the best and set the bar a bit higher each time. The speed of learning new things determines in my opinion the speed of development and the speed of realizing – business and personal – goals. The upcoming period we have a number of innovative developments planned and I look forward to contributing in this.
