All-round Corporate Recruiter (Graduate & Experienced hires)

As a Corporate Recruiter at Zanders, you will play an essential role in achieving our growth ambitions. In the past four years we have grown from 125 to about 200 employees and we are still growing fast. We have offices in seven countries, three of them have recently been opened in the US, Japan and the Nordics.

To pursue our growth ambitions, we are looking for someone who wants to embrace this challenge. The demands of our business and markets require an experienced Corporate Recruiter to execute recruitment activities practically and effectively. And our partner MT needs a strong business partner who will advise on recruitment and employer branding.

Your role

You are responsible for the recruitment of (international) Experienced Hires and Graduate Recruitment for our offices in The Netherlands, Switzerland and the UK. You will make sure the ‘Financial Institutions’ and ‘Public Sector’ departments meet their growth ambitions. These departments are always on the lookout for strong (quantitative) finance profiles. You work closely with hiring managers of the departments to enable yourself to represent Zanders.

You report directly to the Management Team, work closely with Human Resources, and build relationship with your colleagues in order to maximize the effectiveness of employer branding and external communications. You will work alongside the Recruiter who is based in London.

Your responsibilities include:

  • The international end to end recruitment process, you are responsible for full recruitment cycle, from attraction to hiring
  • Building strong relationships with candidates in the Risk and Treasury market, providing excellent candidate care
  • Develop and implement innovative ways to fill vacancies in a competitive market
  • Pro-actively search and approach interesting junior and senior candidates
  • Help to create, organise, and attend inhouse and graduate events.
  • Support and advise the hiring managers and partners on recruitment and work closely with key players of all departments
  • Updating the recruitment administration and plan interviews
  • Develop and maintain proactive relationships with future candidates to build a future pipeline.
  • Represent Zanders externally and create a strong Zanders Brand

 Skills to be successful:

  • A master’s or Bachelor degree
  • At least 5 years’ experience as Corporate Recruiter, ideally in Financial Markets, Treasury Management, Risk Management and/or Consultancy
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • You are a strong conversation partner and have considerable powers of persuasion
  • You are an active listener, take pro-active action, show strong initiative and are decisive
  • Thoroughly familiar with the use of social media and networks such as LinkedIn
