As a thought leader within our areas of expertise, we closely monitor all developments and apply our knowledge in innovative ways. With specialist expertise and knowledge, our consultants create sustainable solutions and add value.
Our independence is twofold. In the first place, we work exclusively for our clients. This ensures that our work is objective and unbiased, while preventing conflicts of interest. Independence is also cemented in our governance and the privately owned structure of our company; the entrepreneurs and shareholders together form the firm’s management team.
We create an inspiring work environment and foster our open, family atmosphere in which freedom, fun and flexibility play an important role. It’s also why we aim to make our next project even exciting and challenging.
A goal we can only achieve by hiring and engaging the right talents.
That is why we build successful teams consisting of the brightest specialists in our niche markets.
The company’s key success factors are the standards and values that interconnect us
Two decades after founding the company of the same name, Chris Zanders says goodbye to the consultancy firm he saw develop year-on-year.
In 2012 the company employs over 100 professionals coming from 20 different nationalities. Nearly half of the revenue is earned outside the Netherlands.
In 2008, Zanders also opens an office in the UK, followed by a Swiss office two years later.
In 2005, the firm decides on focusing more on foreign activities. Based in Brussels, Laurens Tijdhof starts developing a foreign market.
The firm outgrows the Zeist office too and Zanders moves to its current Bussum office, at Brinklaan 134.
After three years, Zanders outgrows its Utrecht office and moves to Zeist.
In 1994, Chris Zanders and Rob Naber decide to collaborate as equal partners within the firm Zanders & Partners as treasury consultants.
