2-daagse training Treasury Management voor de Publieke Sector

Zanders organiseert komend najaar een 2-daagse training Treasury Management. Het doel ervan is, op basis van praktijkvoorbeelden, uw kennis op het gebied van treasury te verdiepen.

Tijdens de praktische training zullen vele sectorspecifieke treasury-aspecten aan bod komen. Tijdens interactieve presentaties krijgt u een compleet overzicht van alle actuele issues op treasurygebied. Naast de theoretische onderdelen wordt gebruik gemaakt van een casus, waarbij aan de hand van een realistisch voorbeeld dieper op de theorie wordt ingegaan.

De training is verdeeld over twee dagen:

Dag 1: donderdag 19 september 2012

Treasury organisatie, geld- en kapitaalmarkt, financieringsvormen en rente-instrumenten

Dag 2: Sectorspecifiek

•    Woningcorporaties: woensdag 26 september
•    Zorginstellingen: woensdag 3 oktober
•    Onderwijs: donderdag 4 oktober

Doelgroep

Deze training richt zich primair op financieel managers en/of treasury- verantwoordelijken in de benoemde sectoren. De training is echter ook zeer geschikt voor iedereen die het financieel management op strategisch niveau invult of op afstand verantwoordelijk is voor de controle van de treasury-functie.

Locatie

De training vindt plaats in de Jaarbeurs Utrecht, waarbij gekozen is voor een van de inspirerende zalen van Meeting Moods, op basis van het ‘My moods concept’ (http://www.mymoods.nl). Deze locatie is zowel met de auto als met het openbaar vervoer goed bereikbaar.

Kosten

De totale kosten voor de tweedaagse training zijn € 1.195,- (excl. BTW).

Het beoordelen en samenstellen van een goed gespreide beleggingsportefeuille is het hoofddoel van deze opleiding. Het raakt de core business van institutionele beleggers en financiële dienstverleners. Ook voor eigenaar-gebruikers of corporaties is beleggingsanalyse van belang. Voor hen is beleggen geen doel op zich, maar onlosmakelijk verbonden met het bezit van vastgoed. Het analyseren van de portefeuille vanuit beleggingsperspectief is voor hen een belangrijk onderdeel van de bredere financiële strategie.

Om een goed renderende vastgoedbeleggingsportefeuille te kunnen vaststellen, leren we u eerst een algemene portefeuilletheorie, waarbij u bekend raakt met rekenmethoden die men bij beleggingen hanteert. Later in de opleiding zoomen we in op de verschillen tussen direct en indirect vastgoed. We leren u de doelstelling van een vastgoedbeleggingsportefeuille te formuleren. Om die doelstellingen te verwezenlijken, zijn er diverse beleggingsstrategieën. Met die strategieën gaan afwijkende rendementen en risico’s gepaard, die u leert doorzien en berekenen. Tegelijkertijd leert u de juridische haken en ogen kennen die aan beleggingsconstructies kleven.

Na afronding van de opleiding Beleggingsanalyse bent u in staat een vastgoedportefeuille samen te stellen die nauw aansluit bij uw ondernemingsdoelstelling. Ook een performanceanalyse uitvoeren van een vastgoedportefeuille en een analyse maken van een beursgenoteerd vastgoedfonds behoren dan tot uw vaardigheden.
