Zanders Investor Circle

Zanders supports Small and Medium Enterprises on debt and equity issues to enable acquisitions, growth strategies and (most recently) reorganizations. Our job is to arrange an optimal capital structure for these enterprises.

We often are approached by investors to participate in such deals. To facilitate this, Zanders has introduced the Zanders Investor Circle (ZIC). The ZIC organizes meetings to discuss these deals. These meetings will be held approximately once a month. 

The set up for the ZIC meetings:

• Zanders prepares and analyzes the deal and produces a teaser
• The teaser will be sent to the subscribed investors with an invitation to the investment meeting (with several optional dates)
• The meeting is located in Bussum (NL) and at another location when applicable
• The agenda: 
  • 18h00 – 18h30 reception
  • 18h30 – 19h30 presentations and discussion
  • 19h30 – 20h00 drinks and a snack
• The entrepreneur presents his business case, Zanders explains the proposed financial deal, followed by a discussion
• The subsequent days, the interested investors will discuss with the company to settle the deal, Zanders will support the company and co-ordinate the deal

We will not ask any fee from the investors, while Zanders supports the company for equity raising. After closing this deal Zanders will not be involved in management or otherwise. To support this initiative, Zanders does not have to comply to AFM (Authority of Financial Markets in the Netherlands) ruling.
