As a Consultant in the Organization, Processes and Systems (OPS) team, you will be working for all Zanders’ client groups at their treasury organization, processes and systems projects. You will be involved from the advisory stage up to and including implementation.
Your job
Zanders assist clients typically on-site at selecting and implementing treasury systems that fit the organizational needs and processes effectively. Zanders helps clients building the business case for organizational and process changes after which system requirements are analyzed and a supporting system solution is proposed. Subsequently we help clients implementing the selected solution.
Project examples are: a benchmark study treasury policy for a US based multinational; drawing up a business case and selecting a new treasury management system for a privately owned company; and the implementation of SAP treasury for a large multinational including replacement of existing treasury management system and in-house bank infrastructure. Our projects vary considerably in size, ranging from projects lasting one month for a single consultant to projects of more than a year involving 10 consultants.
Key responsibilities:
- You will execute advisory projects, by delivering predominantly on-site consultancy
- You will analyze the strategy, structure, policy, management, and operations of the treasury organization and are able to identify solutions with recommendations
- You will provide and/or implement the proposed solutions
- You will assist in market and product development, and the definition of best practices for our corporate clients
- You will participate in internal knowledge delegation sessions, and you will also provide internal and external training
- You will primarily focus mainly on the European client base of Zanders. As such, frequent international travelling is required.
Your profile
You have previously been engaged in a corporate treasury and/or consulting environment with a focus on treasury systems. You have a sound understanding of treasury management, corporate finance, and risk management. You have a Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Economics, and relevant professional qualifications such as Registered Treasurer, Registered Controller, Registered Analyst, or Financial Risk Manager.
You are hands-on and result driven. You have strong consulting and commercial skills. You are fluent in English, and preferably speak a second European language as well. It goes without saying that you have no problem with traveling.

Depending on your relevant work experience, Zanders can offer a basic salary of up to EUR 60,000 plus bonus plan, a company car, pension, and other secondary benefits.
