Students
At Zanders we are always looking for talented people who would like to use their expertise and know-how in our firm. At various departments we offer trainee posts for students wishing to combine a graduate internship with their final thesis.
Prospective interns are expected to have already made sufficient progress in their university-level Economics, Econometrics, Physics, Mathematics, Business Administration or Computer Science program.
Starters
Zanders offers excellent growth possibilities in the form of professional training and personal development programs throughout your entire career. All associate consultants who join the company at entry level will start with an in-depth training in Zanders competences combined with a CFA I certification.
Besides this Zanders offers all starters a two-year mentoring program. The best experience though, is the one you acquire on the job. From the beginning you will be part of a group of professionals who will engage you in real projects and a demanding environment and help you develop your consultancy skills. Besides the daily work lots of social activities are organized by the employees themselves.
