1. What emphasis does Zanders place on my personal development?

2. What international opportunities are there at Zanders?

Zanders has an international scope and so have our colleagues. It is possible within Zanders to be assigned to short projects in a foreign country. However, based in four different countries already, our focus is on the European market. Career paths with a base in another European country are definitely possible.

3. How soon will I become involved in working directly with clients?

From your very first day at Zanders, you are part of the team. You are assigned to your client base straight away and you will be involved in visiting these clients. During projects you will have your own responsibilities. Of course you will be supported by your colleagues.

4. What is the company culture like at Zanders?

Zanders encourages a hands-on mentality and will not examine every step you take. Initially you are responsible for your assignment, but you can count on the professional backup and support of your colleagues. 6. What does the recruitment procedure involve?

Normally you have two interviews. The first interview will be done by HR and a leading professional from the practice you would like to work for. During the next interview you will be interviewed by two experienced colleagues. So you will meet as many colleagues as possible during the recruitment process. We hope this will allow you to establish whether there is a match between yourself and Zanders. The sequence of the interviews depends on the job opening you are applying for.

7. How does Zanders take my work-life balance into consideration?

Feeling comfortable within Zanders is all about work-life balance. In general our consultants are very able to establish an optimal balance between the two main goals in life. Keep in mind however, that we work for clients and our aim is to deliver the best possible solution and service for our clients, so sometimes an assignment necessitates you to work overtime.
